JMC Customer Solutions was born from a shared vision between Vivian Bonilla and Iván Magdaleno: to help businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences through reliable, bilingual support. After years of seeing companies struggle with inconsistent service, unclear processes, and the challenge of finding trained Spanish-English teams, Vivian and Iván decided to build a solution that truly understands both the customer and the business behind it.
